Terms of Service

The service

This independent AI creation tool edits a fixed freestyle performance using one character photograph. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bulin 47. The trend name identifies the performance template.

Media permissions

Upload only photographs you own or are authorized to use, with the necessary permission of depicted people. You must have the rights required for your intended use of any character, source performance, and soundtrack. Access to a template does not itself grant a music or performance license.

Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, illegal content, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not present synthetic footage as evidence of an event that did not happen. Follow your publishing platform's rules for labeling AI-generated content.

What to expect

Your photo guides the lead character's appearance; the template guides the scene, timing, and movement. Results can contain changed facial details, hands, clothing, backgrounds, or timing. We restore the reference audio after generation. Review the picture and sound before downloading or publishing. We do not guarantee identical results, reach, or approval by a social platform.

Payment and video credits

Video packs are one-time purchases. One video credit pays for one standard 480p generation. Purchased credits do not expire. Prices, currency, and any applicable tax are displayed before checkout. There is no recurring subscription for these packs.

A failed generation or failed video delivery returns the video credit automatically. Starting another generation is a separate request and uses another credit. A result being different from your preference does not automatically count as a technical failure.

For duplicate charges, unused-pack refund requests, or other billing issues, contact dfyfc24@gmail.com with your order reference. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply. Do not send full payment-card details.

Your account and downloads

Keep your account credentials secure. Your completed videos are available in My videos. Download any video you want to keep; deletion removes its stored file. We may restrict access for misuse or service maintenance. AI and payment providers may be unavailable at times.
