Your account and purchases

We store your email, profile details, securely hashed password, login sessions, video-credit balance, order records, and generation history to operate your account. Payment providers process payment details. This service does not store full card numbers.

Your photo and video

Your selected photograph is resized in your browser and temporarily kept in that tab's session storage so you can continue after signing in. It is removed from that storage when you remove the photo or successfully submit a generation. Closing the tab clears its session storage.

When you generate, your photograph and the fixed performance reference are sent to fal and its video-model provider to produce your video. The application does not save the submitted photograph in its database or public upload directory. Provider processing and retention are governed by the provider's policies, including fal's privacy policy.

Completed videos are stored for your account, with generation status and timestamps. Preview and download require authentication. Deleting a completed video removes its saved file and hides its task from your library. A minimal task record remains for credit reconciliation. Failed tasks remain in your history so you can check their status.

Why we process this information

We use account data to provide the service you request, photographs to generate the requested video, purchase records to deliver paid credits, and operational data to diagnose failures and prevent misuse. We do not operate a public gallery of your creations or use uploaded photographs to train our own models.

Retention and your choices

Account data and task history are retained while your account is active and as needed to handle support, reconcile credits, resolve disputes, or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can remove completed videos in My videos. Contact us to request access, correction, account deletion, or an explanation of records retained after deletion. Provider-held copies and backups may have separate retention schedules.

Cookies and service providers

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Locale and theme settings remember your preferences. The deployment may use hosting, AI, payment, and email providers to carry out the operations you request. These providers may process information in other countries. Any analytics enabled by the operator must be disclosed before use.
